This massage will take you to a complete state of relaxation, help you re- centre and calm your thoughts with the help of my signature blend holistic massage oil.  Includes Indian Head and facial massage, neck, shoulders, arm, hand, front of legs and foot massage.

As this massaging technique does not involve any deep muscle pressure it will be suitable for the all members of the family including the

pre-teens / teenagers  that have trouble sleeping and winding down! Specially tailored  for those suffering with fibromyalgia,

 mild depression and/ or feelings  Anxiety, stressed and restlessness.

A perfect choice during pregnancy from your second trimester onwards.
