All Treatments are carried out in my customised mobile treatment van, which is fully heated along with a heated massage bed, low lightening and mind soothing tranquil back ground music. Allowing you to enjoy your treatment without any distraction, and better still, once you are finished your just a few steps away of being your back in the comfort of your beautiful home.
Emotional and physical stress wreaks havoc on our whole body and immune system resulting in increased inflammation, extreme flare ups of existing conditions, and can even cause new illnesses to
develop. By managing stress levels, you can improve many deficiencies and reduce the impact and intensity of symptoms you’re experiencing. With regular treatments and a combination of my
blended massage techniques and extensive knowledge of essential and organic plant oil, I’m able to
perform massage treatments to detox the body, increase blood circulation, relieve headaches, reduce fluid and inflammation around joints, ease muscle pain and tension as well as over worked and compromised tendons.
The list of massage benefits are endless, and can help with a number of emotional and mental disorders such as depression, anxiety, insomnia and improve general wellbeing. Regular massages can

An all over body massage to release built up muscle tension and soothe an over worked achy areas of the body. This massage is performed on the back, Shoulders, arms, back and front of legs, pressure applied will be tailored to individual needs.

SELF-CARE & PREGNANCY BODY MASSAGE

This massage will take you to a complete state of relaxation, help you destress, re- centre and calm your thoughts with the help of my signature blend holistic massage oil. Includes Indian Head and facial massage, neck, shoulders, arm, hand, front of legs and foot massage.
As this massaging technique does not involve any deep muscle pressure it will be suitable for the all members of the family including the
pre-teens / teenagers that have trouble sleeping and winding down! Specially tailored for those suffering with fibromyalgia,
mild depression and/ or feelings Anxiety, stressed and restlessness.
A perfect choice during pregnancy from your second trimester onwards. Lye back and enjoy a undisturbed massage with out the uncomfortable feeling of lying on your bump! All essentials will be swoped out with beautiful, scented skin safe Lavender and Neroli fragrance oils due to them not being suitable to use during pregnancy and/or nursing.
